There is so much going on in the way of sub and sub-sub plots. I will admit the at the racing was very old school, bareknuckle style. I could not believe the contact between JL99 and MM93 didn't cause a huge crash at the end of the straight. Both JL99 and JZ05 showed they can win in a street fight race.  I was truly enjoying the battle between VR46 and JL99 and was disappointed to see a mechanical end that. Well, once again Mugello lives up to its reputation for close racing and serving up the unexpected. Can't wait for your commentary.

Not so hectic anymore Hector still leads Ducati's charge on a 2 year old bike...the prettier one.

In spite of Pedrosa's huge issues with the HRC machine this year he is quietly chipping his way up the ladder and people still wonder why he signed with HRC for a further 2 years.

Amazing that Marquez is yet to sign! That really intrigues me...a 3rd, but independent solo Ducati factory squad with#93.

Not likely! I guess by sunrise HRC will have chucked a bigger package his way.

Anyway, Mugello 2016 was great.

At this point last season; Rossi had 118 points, Jorge had 112 points, and Marc had 69 points.

without the Rossi blow up. It looked to me like he had it in the bag, he was playing with Jorge, testing here and there. So with a potential finish of Rossi, Jorge, then Marc we would have:

1) Jorge 110 pts

2) Rossi 103 pts

3) Marc 101 pts

Back in the real word Rossi is goint to struggle to regain 37 points without some huge mistakes from Jorge.
