2019 Argentina Moto3 FP1 Result: Masia Leads Fenati In Early Session

Jaume Masia has topped the first session of practice for the Moto3 class at the Termas De Rio Hondo circuit. The Bester Capital Dubai rider was half a second faster than the two Vine Snipers team riders, Romano Fenati and Tony Arbolino.

But FP1 was more of a track cleaning session than a push for qualifying, as the Termas circuit is still dirty from a lack of use. Masia's time was over 2 seconds slower than the fastest race lap, a sign of just how slow the circuit is at the moment, and how much faster we can expect it to get as the bikes in all three classes lay down some rubber.
