Only two Hondas in a field of 25? Pretty sad.
What happened to win on Sunday, sell on Monday?

yes indeed, and with both Pata hondas floundering even with World Champions onboard its hard to see anymore CBR1Ks on track in the future. C'mon Honda come out with a new bike already!

Hmmmm, and it begs the question "Is a seven year old (effectively) CBR1000RR better than the new R1?" 'cos there's not a new R1 in sight.

Mind you that's a good thing, it sure has been hit by the ugly truck at least once, probably twice, I think it might have backed over it again just to make sure.

Good to see Alex Lowes up there, quite a surprise actually. Looks like Tom's got his hand/mind full again this year; Rea means business w/out the silliness of his predecessor (Baz). Jordi Torres is another surprise, getting acquainted quickly from Moto2. Also nice to see Crash King Puniet in the top 10. Where's Guinters? oh yea...

All British pointy end!

Bad news for Ducati fans - Giugliano crashed on his out lap 2nd session, taken to hospital where they say 2 low back fractures and not riding this wknd.
:(
Heal up well and quick.

(Hello? Yes, this is Marco Melandri...I am calling because I am at the airport and flights to Australia are available in case you could use some assistance).

GO Rea!

Well, that EBR 1190RX sure has gained a lot of speed with Canepa on board! Now only 1,8 seconds behind fastest time. Last year it was more like 3 to 4 seconds. Pretty much where Larry Pegram on the other EBR now still is. Interesting and promising. Erik Buell must be pretty happy with his new rider.
