Race report follows.
Mika Kallio led from the lights, with his teammate Tito Rabat behind him. The two set off at their usual pace with Johann Zarco settling in a second and a half behind, after a few laps.
At the halfway mark, with no change at the front, Johann Zarco had built a gap from the fight between Dominic Aegeter, Maverick Vinales and Thomas Luthi behind him.
Seven laps from the end, as the places behind the lead two had strung out, Tito Rabat passed Mika Kallio and set a pace, due to his quicker low-fuel setup, that his Marc VDS teammate couldn't match, a mistake from Kallio settling the positions.
Jonas Folger, further back in seventh place, having missed out parts of the track, was ordered to drop a place back, but by the time he'd let the three-way scrap behind him catch up, losing well over a five second lead, working hard to let only one bike past, it was too late and he had already been handed a ride-through penalty with only three laps left.
Tito Rabat extended his championship lead by a further five points over Mika Kallio, with the teammates getting another one-two. Johann Zarco took third place.
