Track was still wet for the MotoGP warm up, which saw the lead swapping hands a lot, between Jorge Lorenzo, Marc Marquez, Stefan Bradl, and Aleix Espargaro. Lorenzo came out on top, finishing ahead of Cal Crutchlow and Marquez.

Wet times
Much has been said about Marquez being untested on a MotoGP bike in the wet. 3rd in the warm up puts that one to bed.
Crutchlow. Banged up head, internal bleeding, cracked shine bone. Either letting the rumour persist that they are replacing him with an untried rookie who is struggling to meet expectations in Moto 2 is a genius motivational strategy or Yamaha have lost the plot completely.
If I was going to hire an Espargaro I'd take they one who has just posted a faster time than the 'GOAT' in the morning warm up - on a CRT machine. Great work.
Here's hopping for a wet race to keep it all spiced up.

It was warm up. It puts nothing to bed. Marquez did crash out of LeMans last year in the wet correct?
At 3/4 distance I thought I'd becoming back to eat humble pie.
