2012 Aragon World Supersport FP1 Results: Parkes Approaches Lap Record

Broc Parkes was within under half a second of his own lap record from last year at the end of the first Free Practice session. Sam Lowes was half a second slower while Fabien Foret was a further half a second off. Expect the lap record to be broken today or tomorrow.

sadly it seems broc has lost his mojo & despite what would appear to be a dream ride his last opportunity for a wss title looks beyond reach. hope this weekend proves me wrong....

Yes, Parkes looks like a great qualifier but, with only one podium and two DNFs, his year isn't looking good for a man of his ability.
