Not being FP2 on a race weekend does not detract from the trend. One has to believe Lorenzo would have had his M1 in amongst Stoner and Pedrosa given Spies having closed the gap further today. A second back and covered by 1/10 is interesting though. Karel in particular, and Hector did pretty damn well. The interesting comparison is the performance by Cal and Dovi within that 1/10th mix. On sattelite kit,the pair of them are a second adrift of Ben. Over at Ducati, the sattelite riders are hot on the heels of Valentino. Not FP2 for sure,but...
Happy Bunny's outside of the big names must include Bradl and Bautista.
CRT? Give them grace. All things considered, those that participated must be reasonably upbeat heading forwards.

Just got some times at 5pm. CRT bike within 4 seconds of Pedrosa on second day of testing. That is promising and these things are no way hopped up street bikes. The Kwak looks like a full on prototype (and very pretty) which lets face it these things are. The so called production based engines will be nothing like the original 'donor' engine and the rest of bikes are prototypes in every way. These bikes are definitely the future of Motogp. Especially if they do give them the extra 3 litres. An Alien pilot on board and you could knock another second off a lap. A grid full of CRT bikes with no fuel restrictions, no complicated electronics meaning line astern racing..... Actually that sounds just like the first years of the 990's. I will never forget Capirossi lighting up the rear of the Duke out of every corner on the way to his first win leaving smoke out of every exit. Bring on the CRT's! Might mean a mere mortal could actually buy one as well for track days (well a very rich one. Keith Flint from the prodigy owns and Suter Moto2 bike).
