Is Folger just a slow rider who is only able to pick up any speed when he is passing people?

Folger is 15 years old. He lacks experience, mostly, and is learning all the time he's out on the track. So he can be erratic from time to time, I think.

give him some time to learn. when someone is off the pace in a free practice does this always have to mean he's a "slow rider"?

another example: simone corsi was runner-up last year, title candidate this year, look where he stands so far. is he a slow rider, too?

Honestly, that was meant as a joke though I'll take a rider who is fast in a fight over a one-lap-wonder any day. Folger has impressed the hell out of me and he clearly has something special that he needs to grow into. I look forward to watching that happen.
