The Repsol Honda Team rider continued to evaluate his physical condition with a day riding the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit on the Honda RC213V-S.

Just a few days after his medical team confirmed the progress made by Marc Marquez, the eight-time World Champion was back on track. First using a mini-bike close to his home in Cervera, Marquez has now completed a day of riding at the Montmelo circuit on the RC213V-S to understand his physical condition after eight months away from the track.

As far as i know all the team has to do is contact Danny Aldridge with the spec of the bike and which track they intend to use for practice and they get the nod or not.

It has to be road based, which the RC213V-S is and the bike has to be fairly close to standard spec (allowed to change things like footpegs, handlebars, bodywork etc) but how far can the teams push the spec without it being checked?  With a standard RC213V-S producing 160hp would the team be allowed to fit the race kit to bring it up to the level of a standard 1000cc road bike, circa 200hp? They certainly aren't allowed to have a WSB spec engine so where does the race kit fit in here?

We can clearly see the bike has steel discs as they're not allowed carbon but what spec slicks are being used, what spec suspension internals?

Is the spec of the bike ever checked?
