2023 Portimão Moto3 Test Saturday Session 4 Results: Wet Track Sees Little Track Action

The second day of the Moto2/Moto3 test at Portimão started very wet. Moto2 didn't go out at all in the morning, and only a few riders circulated on a damp track in Moto3.
