The obvious next step is to start a Forum thread on the new look, feel and user functionality of our latest version of the Motomatters site, surprised DE hasn't done this already, we are cluttering the other comments sections.

As with last year a) it's for fun and b) If anyone can win it on a Honda it's the Marc + I cannot but double take every time I see Mir on the Honda...Rossi flashbacks Repsol plus yellow + Alex M was a good race day rider in '20 and '21 last year a bit less but hard bike...now on a known winner, I think he may go well + Fabio is now the new Fabio + if the Honda is not going to win, Rins will win a few because if it would win, he would crash instead :)

I cannot count the number of times the mind flippy flopped the picks since Valencia. Like it was really serious and important (!) yet only to end up with the riders I was eyeballing last year. I did peg Marc for the championship at one point though.

Standings?

Hello Motoshrink & Co, will the standings in this 2023 Dreamteam Contest be posted here, or as before under the MotoGP standings after each round? Is there already a noble and handy MotoMutterer doing these standings..?

To make them a bit more compact than last year, I'd suggest omitting the first names of each rider, except for a first letter in case of brothers/cousins/otherwise identical last names of course. Also a ranking number would be great ;-)

Maybe it's possible to mention the points score of the last GP behind a participant's name, like 'Motoshrink (55)'..? Would be nice to see who did well at each round! I'm not a computer wizard or spreadsheet expert, so no idea how easy that is to do. Just a suggestion...

Game on! Now if only Oliveira had not been taken out, I think I would have done pretty well this first round. He looked great on that Aprilia! (Not so sure about the RNF colour scheme though)
