The english weather

Post by Mikesbytes »

One of my facebook friends races side cars in France. He went over to GB for a race and this is what happened

He's taking the sidecar to IOM. Sounds dangerous and exciting at the same time

Has he plugged into steves place (website), there is a huge bucket of sidecar fraternal wossnames that will give him all the help he needs? If he isn't a leBlond, has he spoken to them (French sidecar-istes with 2 generations of TT experience). also there are issues with the French equivalent of the ACU and the TT at the moment.

My mate (who was a passenger) came back in and said "what is it like? - imagine being in a tumble drier inside a concrete mixer"...

wheelbarrows... they're all nuts...

dunno if this will work, but it is my favourite Joe Bar cartoon

Yes he's involved with that group

Sounds like the French sidecar racers have some real problems on their hands

Well, I think that is the best source of info (and I'm reliably informed French Sidecar teams have the best paddock food too...)

It'll be a real blow if they can't compete.

Good luck to your mate.

Looks fun but dangerous at the same time. Rain goes all the way to your face  They barely could see anything. Bad weather in the reason why I am selling my apartment in London and going to move to Spain where it is more sunny and warm.
