I thought Rossi liked the new fairing? Just thought the higher top speed of the standard fairing in Austria was more important.

So the Ducati 2 duct design and the 3 duct design is considered a single fairing update. That means the riders can switch between designs at will. I had thought they had homologated a different design for Petrucci

I noticed the ducts under the fairing on Zarco's bike today, haven't noticed them before. Are they the same as the ducts on the factory bikes?

By the looks of the illegal fairing that Yamaha is using at the test, they will end up with a version similar to Ducati's
