Dani will be on the podium - not sure which step, but he'll be there.

How can you bet against Lorenzo here... wel you could bet on Rossi. It's a bit mad, but I want him to win this one so bad. And I think he wants to win this one too.
Lorenzo will be a close second, and MM third. Cal is fast but will fall off.

Rossi to win, Cal to finish a very close 2nd and Jorge to fall. Risky bet, but eh.

Also, Pirro for top ducati.

Don't know........I'll take Rossi for the win.

My only call will be that it is gunna be really exciting...possibly ugly, and probably result in some words said/ a war of words/ dammaged bikes and scuffed leathers.

3 steps on the podium, three Spaniards at a Spanish GP(all with different things to prove.....whether they say /admit to it or not) and at least five people who are capable of getting onto one of those three steps.

Hopefully it's just super exciting, not ugly.

Right then...

Rossi to punt Jorge off at Gibernau Lorenzo corner on the last lap for the win. It's written in the stars!

My prediction...

1st Rossi
2nd Jorge
3rd Dani
4th Marquez
5th Cal

Jorge... Going to be tough to beat him I think... But would love to see it...
Rossi beats Cal for second at the end...
Marquez beats Pedrosa in another Honda battle for 4th...
Hope it is a good one... Looking forward to it...

I think it would be a brave man to bet against Lorenzo, but this year who knows.

I think Lorenzo and Pedrosa are a lock for the podium, and given Dani's record there, I'm surprised anyone is leaving him off the podium. The question is how close the other 3 competitors can get to the front. Marquez has tested here so he's not at much of a disadvantage, Rossi has a good record here so he should be worried about the rest of the season if he's not at the front, and Cal should be out to show he can be competitive at the tracks where all the factory are dialed in.

Head says Lorenzo, Rossi, Pedrosa;
heart says Pedrosa, Marquez, Cal.

Anything with the top 5 within two seconds on the last lap will be great. Except an outright procession.

So so very tight. That combined with the track means overtaking in the lead group will require taking some risks. Rossi absolutely must qualify AND start well this time.

Well we only had to wait till the 3rd race. There should be some sort of penalty for Marquez IMO, will they give him one?

Dani announces himself right back into the championship, he' still the favourite for me (barring some masive jump in performance from Marquez going forward).

Rossi looks done contending-wise, just hasn't got the pace to stay with the Spaniards.

Not that far off. :D

Tension between the riders and we are not surprised are we? I like Marquez a lot but bumping riders away in that manner is not very cool or is it?

yes, I am a Lorenzo fan so I might not be totally unbiased. :D

I think it has something to do with how MM celebrates after he has just punted someone that gets under my skin. Wonder how he would feel if he got the same as he gives?
